BOOST PUMP QUIT RUNING IN FLIGHT.  SUSPECT FROZEN BEARING.  THIS WAS APPROX 50 HRS BEFORE REQUIRED TIME CHANGE.  RECOMMENDATIONS:   REVIEWING FREQUENCY OF FAILURES AND ADJUSTING TIME CHANGE.
