## Discrepancy

COUNTERWEIGHT DEPARTED LEFT PROP ON TAKEOFF ROLL.  SPINNER AND BACKING PLATE WERE DESTROYED.  PROP HUB WAS CRACKED IN TWO PLACES.  NO OTHER DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT OR ENGINE.  ROTOR COUNTERWEIGHT WAS NOT FOUND.
