## Discrepancy

CABIN DOOR WILL NOT OPEN FROM INSIDE OR OURSIDE. AFT PINS DO NOT RELEASE WHEN HANDLE IS MOVED. FOUND THE ACTUATING ROD MISSING THE ROD END COTTER PIN. REINSTALLED THE PIN AND COTTER PINNED. OPERATION CHECK NORMAL.
