## Discrepancy

DURING PHASE INSPECTION, FOUR LARGE CHIPS WERE FOUND ON RIGHT HAND CHIP PLUG AND ONE LARGE CHIP ON THE LEFT HAND CHIP PLUG.  THE BLOWER ASSEMBLY QUILL WAS PULLED AND TWO TEETH FOUND DAMAGED.
