## Discrepancy

LOWER BOTTOM PLADE CRACKED AT EDGE WELD.  LARGE QUANTITY OF OIL LOST.  THIS IS THE SECOND FAILURE, CRACK,  ON THIS FUEL HEATER IN 40.8 HOURS.  SUSPECT IMPROPER/POOR REPAIR AND TEST PROCEDURES AT OVERHAUL BY VENDOR.
