DURING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE, RIGHT OUTBOARD ELEVATOR HINGE BRACKET MOUNTED ON THE STABILIZER SHOWED SIGNS OF INTERGRANULAR CORROSION.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT ELEVATOR OUTBOARD HINGE BRACKET.  (M)
