## Discrepancy

ROTOR BRAKE CABLE IS FROZEN.  CANNOT ACTUATE CABLE, SUSPECT SILICA SAND BUILD UP FROM FORWARD END.  MFG DOES NOT INSTALL BRASS END CAP ON THE CABLE END WHICH IS INSTALLED UNDER BELLY PANS.
