## Discrepancy

NOSE LANDING GEAR DID NOT LOCK WHEN EXTENDED.  FLIGHT CREW MANUALLY LOCKED AND PINNED GEAR.  NORMAL LANDING WAS THEN MADE.  POSSIBLE IMPROPER TORQUE OR FATIGUE.  COMPLIANCE INSPECTED AS PER AIRCRAFT SERVICE CHANGE ASC 803.
