## Discrepancy

SMART ELECT MECHAN ACTUATOR IS INOPERATIVE.  WITH AUTO-PILOT ENGAGED FCDM DISPLAYS YAW DEGRADED.  AUTO-PILOT WILL NOT SELF TEST.  REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT, CORRECTED PROBLEM.  (M)
