TORQUEMETER INDICATOR INOPERATIVE.  NR 1 NEEDLE JUMPS ERRATICALLY.  RECEIVED NEW WITH A3 AND A4 CONVERSION KIT.  THIS UNIT IS BRAND NEW MANUFACTURE, NOT OVERHAULED OR REPAIRED.  REPLACED WITH REPAIRED UNIT CORRECTED PROBLEM.  (M)
