DURING REPLACEMENT OF THE CHECK VALVE, FOUND PIECES OF CHECK VALVE FLAPPERS, REPLACED WITH PN 320-2832-1-1 SN 635 OPERATIONAL CHECKED SATISFACTORY.  NOTE: ALL PIECES REMOVED.
