FORWARD HORIZONTAL STABILIZER STRUT UPPER TERMINAL WAS FOUND BROKEN ON PREFLIGHT.  BREAK OCCURED ON .3125 (5/16) THREADED PORTION AT UPPER END OF THREADS.
