PROPELLER RECEIVED FOR ROUTINE OVERHAUL.  AT TEARDOWN, FOUND BLADE (PN 6607132886  SN 2) CRACKED IN OUTER SLEEVE APPROXIMATELY 2.5 INCHES LONG.  BLADE REJECTED FROM FURTHER SERVICE.
