SEAT LOCK CYLINDER FAILED TO LOCK IN POSITION WITH NORMAL SEATBACK PRESSURE.  CABLE ADJUSTMENT WITHIN LIMITS.  FAILURE OCCURRED DURING NORMAL USE.
