LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO LGA.  *S/D*  REPLACED LANDING GEAR ACCESSORY UNIT PER MAINTENANCE MANUAL.  JACKED AIRCRAFT AND CYCLED GEAR HANDLE 30 TIMES.  OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL ON GROUND.
