BATTERY PACK AND BASE ASSEMBLY FAILED ON RIGHT SIDE OVERWING EXIT EMERGENCY LIGHT SYSTEM.  REMOVED AND REPLACED BATTERY PACK AND BASE ASSY.  OPS CHECK NORMAL ON GROUND IAW MM 33-50-00.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.  (M)
