## Discrepancy

TACHOMETER INDICATOR INOPERATIVE.  DURING START OF AIRCRAFT, NR NEEDLE POINTER REMAINS STUCK AT 0 WHILE NTL NEEDLE CONTINUES TO RISE.  TAPPING FACE PLATE RETURNS THE NR NEEDLE TO NORMAL.  REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT CORRECTED PROBLEM.  (M)
