WINDSHIELD DEVELOPED CRACK IN OUTER PLY AT LOWER CENTER CORNER, CRACKING APPEARED CIRCUMFRONTIAL AT  APPROXIMATELY 5 FEET 6 INCHES.  WINDSHIELD WAS INSTALLED WITH MFG KIN NR 101-5041-1S.
