## Discrepancy

FLIGHT CONTROLS HAD A SLIGHT RATCHET FEELING AND SLUGGISH.  HYDRAULIC OFF CHECKS RESPONDED SLOWLY (10 SECONDS).  PROBABLE CAUSE: LOWER THAN NORMAL PRESSURE AND/OR LOWER THAN NORMAL FLOW.
