STARTER ENGAGED UPON CLOSING AIRCRAFT MASTER SWITCH.  FOUND S1577A1 CONTACTOR IN THE STUCK CLOSED POSITION, WITH NO ELECTRICAL POWER APPLIED.  REPLACED CONTACTOR.
