UPPER CHAIR BASE ASSY CRACKED AT CHAIR BACK ATTACH POINTS.  (PHOTOS)  STRESS ON CHAIR BACK AND METAL FATIQUE PROBABLE CAUSE.  CHAIR WAS REPAIRED.
