## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT ENGINE EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF OIL PRESSURE AND SUBSEQUENT LOSS OF POWER. ENGINE TEARDOWN INSPECTION REVEALED A FAILURE OF THE STARTER ADAPTER SHAFT.
