ELECTRIC MOTOR SLOW IN FLIGHT, OVER 25 TO 30 SECONDS TO RETRACT AND EXTENT THE LANDING GEAR.  NEW HYDRAULIC PUMP ASSEMBLY INSTALLED, CYCLED GEAR IAW MAINTENANCE MANUAL, LANDING GEAR OPERATIONAL CHECKED NORMAL.  PART SENT IN FOR WARRANTY.
