## Discrepancy

UPON COMPLETION OF THE INITIAL INSPECTION FOR SEB01-3,THE CONTROL YOKE WAS FOUND TO BE INTERNALLY CORRODED. ULTRASONIC INSPECTION REVEALED WALL THICKNESS DETERIORATION TO LESS THAN 0.030 INCH.
