## Discrepancy

SPRING WAS INSTALLED BACKWARD.  FUEL WOULD NOT SHUT OFF LEFT TANK.  TO PREVENT RECURRENCE VALVE SHOULD BE INSPECTED AFTER OVERHAUL.
