## Discrepancy

DURING LANDING GEAR RETRACTION PILOT REPORTED LAND GRINDING NOISE.  CAUSED BY WORN OUT GEAR BOX INTERNAL SYSTEM.  INSPECTED WORN OUT GEARS TOOTH.
