## Discrepancy

UNDER ANNUAL INSPECTION DURING BATTERY OPS CHECK, NO READING.  FURTHER INSPECTION OF BATTERY PACK REVEALED WATER INSIDE BATTERY AND ELT COMPARTMENTS.  THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF WATER IN ELT ATTACHING TRAY.
