## Discrepancy

WITHIN THE FIRST FEW HOURS OF OPERATION SINCE OVERHAUL/ REPAIR THE ACTUATOR WILL FAIL TO ACTUATE OR ENGINE WILL EXHIBIT TORQUE SPLITS.  CAUSE: ORING/ PACKINGS USED DURING THE OVERHAUL/ REPAIR PROCESS.
