## Discrepancy

UPON DISASSEMBLY AND INSPECTION OF EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY, FOUND THE HEATER BLANKET ELEMENT TO HAVE BECOME HEAT DAMAGED SEVERELY ENOUGH TO SEPERATE THE LAMINATION SURROUNDING THE CONDUCTIVE ELEMENT.
