## Discrepancy

CRANKCASE UPPER TIE BOLT THREADS WERE NOT CUT PROPERLY.  THEY HAD A FLAT PROFILE LIKE THE THREADS WERE NOT CUT DEEP ENOUGH.  CONDITION DISCOVERED WHEN ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL NUTS ON THE BOLT.
