SERVO DRIVE MOTOR SEPARATED FROM REDUCTION GEAR ASSEMBLY.  OCCURRED IN NORMAL FLIGHT OPERATIONS.  SECOND OCCURRENCE IN THIS AIRCRAFT, IDENTICAL FAILURE.  WARRANTY SERVO INSTALLED 9/27/2002, FAILED 11/12/2002.
