TRIM ARM INDICATOR CAME OFF ACTUATOR STUD AND JAMMED TRIM WHEEL.  CAUSE DUE TO NO RETAINING NUT ON ACTUATOR STUD SCREW.  INSTALL RETAINING NUT ON ACTURATOR STUD SCREW.
