## Discrepancy

NLG ACTUATOR ARM FAILED DURING GEAR EXTENSION.  NOSE LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND.  AIRCRAFT LANDED.  CAUSING DAMAGE TO PROP, GEAR DOORS, SKIN.
