RIGHT HYDRAULIC QUANTITY INDICATES ZERO. RIGHT HYDRAULIC PRESS NORMAL.  TROUBLESHOT TO 115 V AC GROUND SERVICE TRANSFER BUS RELAY K102.  RELAY WAS INTERMITTENT, K102 RELAY WAS REPLACED AND SYSTEM CHECKED NORMAL.
