## Discrepancy

DEBRIS WAS DISCOVERED IN THE PRESSURE LINE TO THE EJECTOR PUMP.  THIS CAUSED A LACK OF VACUUM TO THE OUTFLOW VALVES AND ALLOWED THE CABIN TO PRESSURIZE ON THE GROUND.
