## Discrepancy

FLT 2579 - BIL - NR 1 VSI FAILED DURING DESCENT.  CREW LANDED WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT AFTER DECLARING EMERGENCY.  TCAS/VSI INDICATOR WAS BAD.  REPLACED VSI/TCAS INDICATOR, SYSTEM TEST GOOD.  (M)
