IN LEVEL CRUISE FLIGHT FROM DAY TO PHX, COMPLETE LOSS OF 'A' SYSTEM HYDRAULICS.  PERFORMED ALL RYAN 'A' SYSTEM HYDRAULIC LOSS CHECKLIST.  EMERGENCY DECLARED. AIRCRAFT LANDED PHX WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REMOVED AND REPLACED SPOILER RETURN LINE.  (M)
