PILOT REPORTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS ILLUMINATE FOR THREE MINUTES, THEN GO OUT.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED ALL FOUR EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER PACKS.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.  (M)
