CAWI DID NOT FIRE ON TAKEOFF ROLL.  LIGHTS OPERATE NORMALLY BUT NO RISE IN PERCENT TORQUE.  DEFERRED CAWI SYSTEM.  NO DEFECTS NOTED WHEN AIRCRAFT CAME IN FOR REPAIR.  (M)
