ENCODER MISSING HIGH ALTITUDE ADJUSTMENT OUT OF THE FACTORY.  THE MM REQUIRES YOU TO CALIBRATE THE ENCODER USING HIGH ALTITUDE AND LOW ALTITUDE ADJUSTMENT POTS.
