## Discrepancy

CRACK LIKE INDICATION ON 9TH THREAD INBOARD WHICH EXCEEDS 15 PERCENT.  IAW AD.  PART REJECTED AND RED TAGGED BY REPAIR STATION.  OPERATOR STATED PART WAS PURCHASED AS SPARE PRIOR TO AD.  PART DESTROYED BY OPERATOR.
