ON BOTH STABILATOR HNGE BOLTS THE NYLON LOCKNUTS BACKED OFF DUE TO THE NYLON PART OF THE NUT BECOMING DETACHED FROM THE NUT ITSELF.  THIS HAPPENED IN APPROXIMATELY 100 HOURS TSN
