## Discrepancy

DURING INSPECTION, TECHNICIANS DISCOVERED MELTED GALLEY DRAIN HEAT TAPE.  WHEN THE TAPE OVERHEATED, IT APPEARS TO HAVE CAUSED THE INSULATION TO HAVE MELTED.  THIS TAPE WAS INSTALLED IN 1996.
