## Discrepancy

CABIN/ CREW FAN PHYSICALLY LOCKED UP CAUSING BURNING ODOR AND SMOKE IN CABIN.  CB POPED AND RESET ONCE.  IN THE FUTURE CREW/ CABIN FROM CB POPS RECOMMEND NOT RESETTING IN FLIGHT AS THIS IS NOT A REQUIRED FOR FLIGHT ITEM.
