PILOT REPORTED STANDBY INSTRUMENT AIR PRESSURE INOPERATIVE.  ON FURTHER INVESTIGATION FOUND STAND BY VACUUM PUMP DRIVE MOTOR FAILED.  RECOMMEND OPERATING SYSTEM AT EACH PHASE INSPECTION.
