## Discrepancy

DURING OTHER MAINTENANCE INSPECTION REVEALED COLLECTIVE JACK SHAFT MOVED FORE AND AFT.  AFTER FURTHER INSPECTION, FOUND TAB PIN A437-2 BROKEN BETWEEN MOUNTING HOLE AND RODE END THRU HOLE.  UNKNOWN CAUSE.
