## Discrepancy

PROPELLER ASSY, AIRCRAFT CREW REPORTED RT PROPELLER GOES TO FEATHER ON TAXI WITH HOT OIL.  ENGINE AND PROP GOVERNOR CHANGED.  PROPELLER SWAPPED.  PROBLEM FOUND TO BE PROPELLER AIR CHARGE PROCEDURE WAS CHANGED IAW MFG LS.  C/W THIS SL FIXED PROBLEM .
