## Discrepancy

CYLINDER ASSY LOCATED AT NR 5 POSITION.  EXHAUST VALVE STUCK, UPON REMOVAL OF THE CYLINDER FROM THE ENGINE.  THE INTAKE VALVE LIFTER WAS ALSO FOUND TO BE DAMAGED (SHATTERED).
