## Discrepancy

FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE ENGINE WOULD NOT SHUT DOWN WHEN IDLE CUT OFF WAS SELECTED.  PROBABLE CAUSE IS INTERNAL FAILURE, DEBRIS, FAILED DIAPHRAGM.
