## Discrepancy

WING BOLT PANEL DEPARTED AIRCRAFT WHILE IN FLIGHT. THIS IS THE THIRD OCCURANCE ON THREE DIFFERENT AC IN APPROXIMATELY ONE MONTH. INSPECTION REVEALED THE THE SPRING TAB HAD FAILED. RECOMMEND CLOSE INSPECTION OF THIS PANEL AT EACH PHASE INSPECTION.
